Transunion is worse and heartless

This is the worse company just for 2 enquiries in 2 months they have degraded my status to unfavorable bear in mind I only have 1 account with fasta short loans and it was never in arrears, I don't have any account in arrears, I'm not defaulted neither I'm under debt review or judgment bit my status with transunion remains unfavorable for 2 months regardless paying good my fasta account....
