Transunion is useless, their service is shameful

Transunion they are so useless and they don't even care about their customers, i have a account with them im paying annually but their service is kaak My account was locked because I entered a wrong password, I called them they ask me to send some documents, I did but its been 3 weeks now my account is still locked, I can't even monitor my account and see if anything wrong is happening I'm blaming my self why did I even open this account
