Transunion is useless, their consultants are rude

I hold an account with Transunion I opened this account to protect my Identity against *****, i pay them annually but they can't even assist me Its been 2 weeks now Im a victim of *****, I've been calling them to report this so that they can assist me, their consultants are rude, ******** and trash they treat me like peace of ****, there is lot of false enquiries being done on account and account that I don't know, trying to dispute with Transunion and get helped you not being assisted, can they refund my money because they are useless.
