Transunion is trash.
Poor poor service all round.
I went under voluntary debt review back in 2018, came out of it in August 2020. But my profile on transunion never got updated even though on experien it was as well as at the National Credit Regulator.
When I called transunion, I asked them what was their source of information, of which they said was the NCR, but that didn't make sense since my report on the DHS system was up to date, then they said I should request them to send the screenshot showing that I am no longer under debt review, and I did send it through to them. But again if that is their source of information why is it that the source is up to date and their website is not.
It has been a frustrating experience dealing with transunion to be honest and the sad part is I am forever calling them hoping they will update my profile, but I guess they are either just lazy and they don't care much about updating our records or they are just *********** at their job.
Till today, imagine. 5 months of waiting for a status change, a whole 5.
Transunion is trash.
I have sent all the paid up letters of the accounts that I was owing together with the clearance certificate but none of those helped, have sent the screenshot of the DHS system too, but well they don't give a damn.
