TransUnion, is there actually any chance you can get your act together?

I check on my Transunion account, and see this message: " The credit report shows no vehicle finance activity. This limits the ability to assess the consumer's credit management capabilities." Really because I have paid off my vehicles and have no outstanding accounts TransUnion decides that my score must be a lot less than it was years ago. Really, no but really? Please explain your logic or rather total lack thereof.
