Transunion is the worst ever

just had the worst experience with transunion..that left me feeling powerless as they swing the ceptor with "my" personal information!! i forgot my password and phoned their customer service to help me retrieve my password. After having to wait for more than 5 minutes on the line before someone answered, i had to hear that they cant assist me as i need to know my cell nr i had more than 9 years ago! What a load of bull.. I tried asking the lady whether i can confirm any other info like all the email addresses, old street address or house nrs...she just said "No"..i need to remember the cell nr or she cant assist me! I have to send copies of my id, proof of address etc etc and then they will get back to me! So yes, please continue to advertise your "customer service" under false pretenses!! The worst credit bureau in southern africa! I will never ever try using transunion again and will definitely not recommend their services to anyone!
