Transunion is the worst credit bureau around. They don't care about people!!!!

Transunion is one of the worst credit bureau's you can ever come across. They are not eager to assist you. I had accounts with Scanfin which was paid up long ago but never removed from the Credit Bureau. I contacted Transunion and sent them paid up letters but they refused to assist due to their 20 day rule. They did not even bother to try and speed up the process to try and assist me. I had an emergency and needed funds to assist a family member with hospital fees in order for them to receive the necessary attention but could not qualify for financial assistance because of Transunion who was not willing to help. I do not understand why other credit bureaus except paid up letters but they don't. What type of credit bureau are they????
