TRANSUNION IS THE WORSE CREDIT BUREA EVER!!!!!

If i could give transunion a negative review i would. I was on Debt Review and have paid up in August 2020, Xperian, Compuscan and XDS has removed the flag. Transunion stated my Debt Councilor did not send them my clearance certificate but if i could prove they did they would remove me. I found the original email dated August 2020 which clearly states transunion were on the mail trail and sent if forward which they said was enough, they then told me to call the NCR to confirm that i am removed from Debt Review, which i did and confirmed that i am not flagged on Debt Review which i have done. Now they say i must get a screenshot to say the correct code was used. They don't ever call back or email with any updates. You have to call them and beg them for information, they ask you to send documents then keep moving the goal post. TRANSUNION is the absolute worse company on the face of the earth to deal with. I pray no one is ever cursed to have to deal with them, their lies and their incompetence!!!!!

How has this been escalated? This is your standard answer for every single complaint and it means nothing. I need a real, concrete and tangible answer. If the NCR has me cleared and so does Xperian, Compuscan and XDS, what makes you so special? I've jumped through hoops to get you every single document you have asked for. I DO NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK, NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, NO SMS'S........NOTHING!!!!, all i get is matter has been escalated please wait 48hours, 5 days or 20 Days. You people are playing with people's lives and something seriously needs to be done. Maybe the NCR needs to get involved as TRANSUNION does not have either the capacity, capability or compassion to deal with people and maybe just needs to cease being a credit bureau altogether and make way for a group of people who actually care!!!!!!!
