Transunion is the root of all EVIL!

<p>Since last year July I have been contacting Transunion because I NEEDED to lodge a dispute and get rid off the ********** vodacom account that is appearing in my credit recordd.I was told to pay approximately R300 to become a member and I was promised to be assisted. 16 November 2016 I send Transunion an email asking them when will my information be cleared.I did not receive any feedback until the 11th JANUARY 2017.Their email stated that my enquiry was "ERRONEOUSLY SUBMIITED TO THE INCORRECT DEPARTMENT", imagine!.28 December 2016 Vodacom finally emailed me the letter confirming ***** an transunion said i should email it to them so that they could speed up the process of clearing my record.On the 5th January 2017 they said I should fax my documents againand I did.But today they send me an sms saying due to insufficient documents the issue is closed(TU ********** 8-001-01).I faxed my ID, proof of address and the vodacom letter of confirmation.I cant get any credit assistance because they have not helped me.Stop playing with people's lives.IYou are making me to feel like a helpless,headless chicken!nxaa UPDATE MY INFORMATION ONCE AND FOR ALL!</p>
