Transunion is terrible

Absolutely poor service received by Octavia and Lee anne. A person would be annoyed upon a consultant answering the phone as you often have to wait over 5 minutes to get a human to answer the phone. Then when you are to be helped I gwt told they cannot help as I did not pass the security questionnaire. I already pay Transunion just to be able to receive a credit report yet I cannot speak to an individual to actually assist me as to why I am receiving judgements for no valid reason. Experian is why friendlier and user friendly.
