Transunion is such a nightmare

I had two judgments on my name. I settled them in full and have sent the paid-up letters to TransUnion but they still have not removed them and this is now causing me problems as I am not able to obtain credit or buy a vehicle in line with my new employment. They do not respond to emails and have when I call, I get sent from post to pillar. Today they decided to lock my account and asked me to upload my ID and address, I did but the account is still locked.
