TRANSUNION IS NOT HELPING US!!!

I cannot reach them from outside SA. Emails are not being responded to. I have an issue with FNB who failed to remove my name from Transunion after I paid up a loan in NOVEMBER 2018...TEN MONTHS AGO!!!!! But when trying to reach Transunion they are not reacheable either!!!
