Transunion is making a fool out of me!

This is the only bureau that is not satisfied with a form 19 clearance letter from the debt review company upon completion of the debt review process. Documentation was sent in November 2025 to remove the flag from their system and every other bureau comp**** but they up to this day havent done it. They are now requesting a screenshot which is impossible with the DHS system being down so in the meantime my life is at a standstill as I cant apply for anything. I fail to understand how my husband who was the main applicant in the debt review process has been removed but we are married in COP and it is impossible for one of us to complete the process without the other. Somehow this makes perfect sense to TransUnion and a screenshot is stopping the entire functioning. I have been advised to report them to the ombudsman as they are required by law to expunge me from their records after receiving a clearance letter. I suggest anyone in the same situation take the same route.
