Transunion is like the anc. Very useless

In the month of April i made 2 enquiries and my credit score went down by 18 points. This is despite past enquiries coming off the credit report. My accounts are up to date and despite this, there reduced credit score remains unchanged. Someone from transunion called me two weeks ago after my previous complaint, and confirmed that in the month of May I should see an improvement in my score. Nothing has happened since then. Transunion must be a branch of the anc. Very ineffective and useless
