Transunion is hopeless

I had logged a dispute for inquiries to be removed from my profile which was unauthorized. It's 2 months later and all I get told is that they have escalated it for manual removal as there was a system error. Now why do I have to suffer for your incompetence. These are unauthorized inquiries affecting my score and it's 2 months after my dispite I logged and you still can't resolve it.
