Transunion is bull****

So recently i tried to get my credit report so that i could view my scoring. I went on the website and then realized i cannot remember my user name and password. So i select forgot username and password. Then they asked for security questions. I entered what i thought i could remeber and then they said that i failed. So then i call in and tell them that this is the story i registered about 7 years ago and i cannot remember anything. They asked me for the email adress i used i told them that i cannot remember but i think it was....n then they told me it was not that. So i asked them what mus i do coz i cant remeber anything and that i needed to see that report bcoz i needed to dispute certain things. They told me that they cannot help me bcoz they need the email address i used. So now what to do i do bcoz its affecting my score and my name and i dont know what to do....this is really ridiculous bcoz if i cannot sort it out with transunion then which means that i would not be able to open any accounts or do anything regarding credit.
