Transunion is a ****!!

I just cannot get hold of Transunion, do they even exist? 😳😱🙆♀️I need to update my profile but have not been able to! I have sent countless emails, called them but referred to their website, tried to register with the website but can't seem to get through! Who are these people really?? I'm listed in their bureau and have paid up my debt but when I try to make things right they are nowhere to be found! My life is on hold and ruined and Transunion is partly responsible! All I need is to update my profile 😢😢😢 why can't I get through to these people😭😭😭😭😭
