Transunion incorrect report

Hi

I am incredibly un satisficed with Transunion. I have a loan paid up with Nedbank. Transunion have not removed this off my report of loan that is no longer on my name since last year. Therefore i cannot complete my home purchase. I have logged an complaint. I was notified it will take 20 working days. No feedback and unacceptable as how am i suppose to purchase a home while i am not preapproved.
