Transunion ignores all communication
Last year, I requested that Transunion review my credit score after providing them with my debt clearance certificate. The dispute was found to be in my favour, but my status was never updated.
It is now almost a year later, and after multiple emails requesting assistance nothing has been done. I don't even receive replies.
Can someone please just attend to this? There must be someone at Transunion that cares about actually doing something of substance..
