Transunion IDTheft

Im disgusted in Transunion.. I did a dispute on a default under my name upon investigations.. this was for an account that doesn't belong to me nor even on my name.. they did identity ***** using my id nr.. Transunion asked fr affidavits and documents etc.. I keep on sending th8s documents but looks they refusing to clear my name.. im not aware of this account thats under my name.. can Transunion please clear my name
