transunion, hopeless
I requested transunion to go and check up on my credit history, as there are 2 accounts that were long ago paid up but still reflects, the agent at transunion Kentse Fainda sent me a letter which states: "We refer to your dispute submitted to us on the 24 June 2020 and we hereby inform you that the challenged information has been resolved in the following manner: We have not found any credible evidence to support the challenged information and have accordingly removed it from your personal credit profile. Please note that should we obtain credible evidence at a later stage that supports the listing, we would be obliged to reinstate the listing as Credit Bureaus may not knowingly or negligently provide a report that contains inaccurate information in terms of Section 70 (2)(i) of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005. In such event we shall notify you accordingly.A copy of your amended personal credit profile will be forwarded for your records" How can there not be any evidence as i have the paid up letters from the company? i would like this to be sorted out.
