I was in need of some advice, which they are not allowed or cannot give to me. I did not have my right address, since the address they had was about 8years old.

Luckily I keep all my emails and could get the address.

Putting this behind me, the road the lady on the other side of the phone walked with me to explain things and without me having to ask offered to send me a new report to use for the intended purpose was great.
