TransUnion have me in tears

<p>I purchased a credit report, but the report did not reflect my credit score, on enquiry they said it is becuase I am under debt review and if it is not the case I must raise a dispute, when I phone disputes, they indicate that my record is clean, when I phone the credit report section they again refer me back to disputes. After two hourse between ***(disputes) and ********** 482 (reports) and crying out of frustration, I am still unable to get assistance.</p>
