Transunion must have the most *********** STAFF, they ask you to send documents, when you do. A day later you receive an sms requesting you send the very same documents you had sent. Then a week later you receive a notification stating that you matter was closed without you having been contacted. When you call them, they say that you did not submit documents that you infact did.
