Transunion failure to resolve issues

I suspect this company has given up because the problem is they have serious IT issues they cannot resolve. I have spoken to them 2 x, e-mailed 3 x and posted comments on hellopeter but still * I receive their mail/spam all hours of the day starting 2am * the mail is addressed to approx 150 others * since the last time I contacted them I have heard nothing If their system is *******ed I just hope my virus protection keeps it away from my system. Any suggestions anyone on how to get off their mailing list? Please assist.
