Transunion failure to clear history

After numerous attempts and logging dispute with the Bureau for the last 3 months, supplying them with all paid up letter to amend my credit profile, nothing has been done at the bureau. Even the lawyers have sent through all the needed documentation, but still the credit bureau has not even attempted to rectify the above mentioned

do they understand that they influence people lively wound but delaying the process to clear the information i order to start building again,

very poor service
