TRANSUNION FAILS TO REMOVE DEBT REVIEW FLAG DESPITE A CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE. !!!!!
I received my clearance certificate from debt review in January 2024 and like my wife to date it has not been removed, My debt councilor and myself have sent in numerous emails and we have phoned many times, But 7 months later the flag is still on my profile. every time we speak to some one we are told it will be escalated yet no one removed the flag, despite us sending the clearance certificate and fica documents, My debt councilor has even cc'd me into his emails, and nothing gets removed.
