TransUnion failed to detect ********** accounts

I am very disappointed with TransUnion. I signed up for their TrueIdenty service, which is supposed to protect you against ID ***** and related services. I have now fallen victim twice, to ID *****, where ********** cellphone contracts have been opened with MTN and Vodacom using my name. TransUnion has failed to detect these ********** acts, yet they claim their service is superior. You might as well refund me my money, because the service is actually useless!!
