Transunion duplicates accounts and resolve no queries

For the first time in my life I've now had to check my credit record frequently. Lately I discovered the duplicated an account, their fault, couldn't fix it. I had to log a dispute that took 20 days. Now I have enquiries that I disputed, they sent SMS that it was removed but I open my report there they are. I was told to wait 48hours so developers update it. That 48 hours has long lasped and nothing. This morning I check my report, here's another duplicate account. So much incompetence and it is so irritating. I guess I'll have to call them again, its my report right it affects my life. They just don't care
