Transunion don't care about customers they only care about money

I'm in a absolute panic between the 23rd and 26th March I had a huge amount of alerts from transunion. I called them and they told me I must log in to see wats going on I told them im on free credit check so the gentleman refused to help me and told me to subscribe so I can sort it out I think that's absolutely ridiculous there most definitely has been ********** activity and it's impacted my score severely 23rd March 24 checks, 24th march 12 checks 26th March 7 checks for things I did not evan apply for 24 of them came thru and I was not evan near my phone or laptop they won't help me and I need this sorted out because I can't do anything now and I can't evan report them to anyone how can it be that one of the biggest credit Bureaus are not helping people they just allowing all these credit checks I need help before it's to late. And they need better staff the gentleman was only insistent on me paying first before been helped. I'm not happy at all and will dig until I find someone to help me go over transunions head and report them.
