TRANSUNION DOES NOT RESPECT OWN CLIENTS: GLARING DISREGARD TO PEOPLE'S PLEAS

Trans Union has listed me for R 1955.00 saying that I owe MiWay Insurance, but I have communicated this to their unhelpful call centre agents whom are forever offline that I don't owe anything to MiWay. Instead, they left my profile as such which has increased the debt value of my profile, thus affecting my credit profile negatively. I have also tried to get them proof from MiWay that I don't anything to this company, to my dismay they never bothered to action that request. I really wish ClearScore.com and take over *********** credit bureau institutions like TransUnion and Experian because they have now taken their customers for granted because they think they will never get competition in future. I am gatfol! always having to say one thing over and over.
