Transunion Dispute

On the 11/03/2020 I disputed four items that appears on my profile and I was given the following references: TU***1, ***1, TU***1, ***2, TU***1, ***3, TU***1, ***4 and I was told to wait for 21 days. Since the 4th of May I have been calling transunion for update, I was told that 2 were removed and they have IT problems and the matter has been ascalated and will take 7 working days but till today, it has not been resolved. My life is now stuck, I cannot wait for another 21 days as I have credit application pending that I did before lockdown which is waiting for my profile to be updated in order to process the application. I am now very unhappy and feel that my rights has been violated as a consumer as I know nothing about this place that has blacklisted me. Can who ever has the ears to listen help me resolve this matter please as matter of urgency.
