Transunion disgusting customer service

Paid R80.00 for my credit report and score, and received nothing. I've been holding on the phone for over 15 minutes with a computer voice saying "We are experiencing unusually high call volumes, your call is important to us". If my call was important you would answer it. Please I just want my money back.
