Transunion debiting 3 times in one month.

I called around the 18th of May 2021 as I have to reset my password and username since I had to pull a credit report.

I called and reinstated the monthly updated credit report for R40. 35.

Since the 18 or 19th May, I have 3 R40. 35 that were deducted.

Yesterday I called and spoke to Nhlanhla and she said she could see and should wait on line, while she is investigating. The line went off and she has not contacted me back and this was yesterday. Kindly reverse the additional amount and cancel the subscription all together.
