Transunion customer service is ####

i have once again called the customer service today 07/06/2018 regarding my credit record that still reflects disputes due to transunion system thats faulty. they can not give me a valid reason as to why it is showing on my report and they waiting on feedback from their head office. due to transunion unreliable system i am unable to do finalize my offer. i am tired of calling Transunion for the past two weeks regarding the same issue and still no satisfied resolution. Transunion has no complaints department or help desk email address. and its so frustrating to call everytime to hold on for more than 15min that cost money
