Transunion Credit Bureau SUCKS!!!!

So frustrated!!!! I had 2 judgments loaded against my name, that I didn't know about. But long story short, I settled and received the paid up letter from the attorneys. But Trans-union still has not taken it off against my name. It has been over a year now! I then got my lawyers involved, but still nothing! My lawyers have sat on calls that go on forever, they have sent through all documentation but still nothing! How exactly are we supposed to trust a site, that is not effective? Transunion are you after money again, where we only get help if we subscribe monthly? Is this another "only in SA" thing? Your credibility is being lost, but you still have no sense of urgency in rectifying issues. I will continue to tell how pathetic your service is....funny thing is, there are a lot more people agreeing with me now, than there was last year....looks like your pathetic service is becoming legendary!
