Transunion Credit Bureau is a horror show!!!

The Transunion admin department is shameful!!! Was under debt review, went through the pains to pay all the debt off so that I can buy a house for my parents. My clearance certificate has been sent repeatedly to Transunion, yet no updates on my profile? Incorrect and contradictory information, how is an account I settled and closed in May 2019 according to your records, more than 180 days overdue in August 2019? Geez you guys need to get your act together, you are ruining peoples lives.
