Hi Guys

Just would like to compliment on the improved service support and customer experience. I previously rated your service poor and my recent experience CHANGED my view on you guys. A business model like yours is constantly under the spotlight as you guys deal with our credit records and that affects our lives directly.

I do have one last suggestion......Please educate Customers more on how process of disputes WORK...How LONG this process takes. And promote the fact that all disputes have a History tab - that one can track and view WHEN these important disputes happened.
