Transunion credit Bureau fails to update profiles !!!!

I received my debt review clearance certificate in early Januaury2024 Both my debt councilor and my self have lodged disputes and requested it be removed of my profile, to date Transunion have FAILED to remove the flag. Despite both myself and my debt councilor lodging disputes and sending in my clearance certificate and id and proof of residence. ( fica documents)

with all due respect, that is the exact response both my debt councilor and myself get, and it is NEVER escalated and removed. !!! its been 7 months of begging and emailing and phoning. !!!!!!!
