transunion credit bureau expensive and outdated information

<p>i paid R80 for a credit report which came out with very old information. i called their call centre to dispute the information and spoke to Nomandla who couldn't help me because her system is offline, tried to tranfer me to someone and i held on for ages because they are experiencing "extremely" high call volumes and eventually i get a prompt to enrol voice recognition by counting from 1-9?</p> <p> </p> <p>all i want is correct info on my profile not gymmicks.</p> <p> </p> <p>by the way I got my credit report from XDS for R14 which is up to date and accurate!</p>
