Transunion credit bureau dispute

Good day my husband and I were in debt review all our accounts have been settled last year and we have all our clearance sertificates, and our debt counselor has sent all our info to the credit bureau and most of the ITC companies have updated our info except Transunion Credit Bureau. My husband's credit profile has still not been updated by Transunion all documents have been sent to them by our Debt Counselor last year on July 2020 already. We currently in process of buying a house, but my husband is still redflagged by Transunion.He has been in contact with Transunion disputes since last week and has resent all emails that they required with all evidence of clearance sertificates and the screenshot from the DHS system which shows we have been cleared and with the dates.Nobody at Transunion have been able to help us so far they keep on asking my husband to call back in 48 hours since last week he has a reference nr but nothing is being done and we are fed up right now. They are currently the only ones standing in our way of owning our first home and it's frustrating that no one there is able to help and seemingly no one is doing their job since last year. And now my husband's credit score has dropped with every call and query we make don't know why because this is not our fault they didn't do their jobs.
