Transunion Credit Bureau a big fat joke

Two weeks ago I was informed by my bank that I suddenly have a "Default Judgement" against my name, I have no knowledge of such. According to my bank I must contact Transunion Credit Bureau as they ave uploaded this default judgement. I have been trying ever since to get online and email assistance, to no avail. Due to me only being able to attend to this after hours I was sure that the online option would work. They "can not verify" my profile and I must upload my ID and Proof of residence I did this probably 20 plus times and every time and says "Oops we are unable to upload your documents, please try again later". Email after email is being ignored! These people are able to make mistakes and make your live difficult, but somehow they are unable to rectify or assist you as a consumer
