Transunion credit Bureau

Transunion they take long to update information on their system I paid up but on my credit profile I'm still owing an amount that I have paid up... Credit provider (nimble group) told me they informed credit Bureau to update my information but still nothing has been done by the credit Bureau... Transunion please update my information
