TRANSUNION CREDIT BUREAU

I have been struggling for the past 2 years with transunion. they are they have messed my credit report so bad that i cannot even apply for a home loan. Instead they expect me to pay in order for me to receive my reports. qwhat am i to do with one free credit report a year? i was told to open accounts in order to boost my credit score. ive done that and a year later still nothing has been done. i am now looking into taking legal action and suing them
