Transunion Consultants Lying & Wasting Time
I lodged a dispute with Transunion over 2 weeks ago, which was resolved. They have not removed the dispute flag from my profile even though the dispute has been resolved and this is now affecting my application for a home loan. I have called them 4 times now since last week and every consultant that I speak with says they will escalate this issue and it will be resolved in 48 hours. It's been over a week now and nothing has been resolved! How difficult is it to remove a dispute flag??
