TransUnion communications

I have been a client of TransUnion for a long while now. For some reason, like many other service providers, they have a one way email communication system. They can easily send you reports and invoices. Yet, you cannot contact them with an email to request support on your login details...why is that., Why do we settle for such half baked service levels?
