Transunion can not deliver

I purchased a subscription with mytransunion because I need to get up to date with what is happening in my profile every day, from the 16 February 2021 the money was debited but till this day I can't view my profile, I call called the call center 100 times and not receiving any help... The last guy said he will send me the copy via emails but he didn't... I'm so disappointed with transunion
