Transunion can close there doors - they are the worst credit bureau's in South Africa

They are the worst credit bureau's I've ever encounter. I keep on talking to different consultants just to explain the whole story to them again and again and again. Then I send my documents as requested as still they didn't received it. They just don't give a dime about what you as customer needs yet again they are the biggest in South Africa. This is been going on for 6 months and every time they just have an excuse. I keep on following up so that they can sort their stuff out and to put the cherry on the cake.. Even after they confirmed they receive my documents they still not concluded my query and requesting for documentation that is right in front of them on the email. OMW How on earth can this happen. Then I want to lay a complaint then the phone number which they given is every single minute busy busy busy. WORST WORST WORST
