Transunion bad service

I have called your contact centre hoping to get assistance and i spoke to a very rude guy by the name of Ndumiso who was very impatient asked to speak to his manager and he advised me that the is no manager on the floor myu call got disconnected because i ran out of airtime i am not happy with your service iyt sucks big time.

CAN I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE
