TRANSUNION BAD SERVICE

I have tried for the past 2 months now to get Transunion to have all my prescribe debt removed and update my credit record, they advised that it takes 20 business days. 20 Business days have passed and only received an email stating they do not help you over email and I need to phone, every time I phone you need to follow the steps and never get to speak to a REAL PERSON. I am very disappointed and the prescribe debt is affecting me. Transunion is suppose to be one of the best , but unfortunately they are not !!!!
